The UK Committee on Research Integrity was formed in 2022. This followed a report by the House of Commons Science and Technology Committee in 2018 that recommended greater attention be given to research integrity.
We’re a free-standing committee, funded and hosted by UK Research and Innovation for 3 years. We work across research and with many organisations, groups, and bodies.
Read our Terms of Reference and code of conduct (PDF).
UK Committee on Research Integrity meetings
The committee meets formally at least 4 times each year. Committee meetings take place at venues throughout the UK.
We publish the agendas and minutes of our meetings on this page once they are approved by the committee.
